Sephora is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Department Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a group of Senior Beauty Advisors in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellent client service and experiential retail, with previous experience in managing teams in big box retailers. Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills are essential, as well as the ability to influence team members at all levels.

As Department Manager, you will play a key role in driving a selling culture within your team to meet KPI's and promote Sephora's values. You will also be responsible for consistently raising performance and capability of the team, implementing a continuous improvement mentality, and serving as the point of contact for client and cast member matters.

The successful candidate will have a strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to motivate, coach, and help team members succeed. They will also be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and have a drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPI's.
