This is a leadership role for a strong and experienced professional who can provide stability and support to their team, encouraging growth and fostering a positive culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage programs ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, contracts, and internal policies
- Develop and lead Care Coordinators, fostering partnerships with extended Aged Care teams
- Align program services with client needs, rostering requirements, and business plans
- Develop systems for effective program management and ensure quality per legislation and funding standards
- Conduct audits, manage risks, liaise on high needs clients, and promote continuous improvement
- Handle escalations and complaints, advise on program status, and support team development and growth
The successful candidate will be skilled in change management, have experience working in dynamic environments, and possess qualifications in Human Services or similar.
