Principal Game Designer

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Game Designer to spearhead the creation of an exciting new title. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for bringing your deep knowledge of content design and narrative skills to the forefront.

The ideal candidate will support the game vision as set by the Creative Director, define content design guidelines and best practices, lead the narrative of the world, and own content design through a lens of best-in-class games as a service.

You will craft engaging social features that encourage group play and socialization, plan and implement game content and events, inspire creativity across the design team, and work with other leadership within Design to ensure designs support AAA moment-to-moment gameplay.

Key qualifications include 8+ years of experience shipping AAA projects as a Lead or Principal Designer, experience writing detailed design documentation for content and story, and experience using game production content tools such as Unreal Engine, Frostbite, Unity, or proprietary tools.

A deep understanding of American Football is also essential, along with outstanding collaboration skills and self-assessment of risk, time, and scope.
