We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior control systems engineer to join our growing team in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role in delivering innovative automation solutions across a range of complex and rewarding projects.

  • Engage directly with clients to define project requirements and develop clear scopes of work
  • Lead the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of advanced control system solutions
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness
  • Provide expert-level technical support and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Promote and contribute to a culture focused on health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ)
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A minimum of five years demonstrated experience in control systems engineering within water/wastewater, mining, or heavy industrial environments
  • Strong client engagement skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
  • Proven experience with control systems, automation platforms, and industrial communication networks
  • A current Australian driver's license
