About the Role

The Senior Adviser, Graphic Design position at Closets by Design is a key role that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to create engaging visual designs that resonate with our target audience. As part of our Digital Communications team, you will work closely with specialists in social media, web content, and strategic communications to produce a wide range of high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a visual identity strategy that aligns with our brand's overall goals and objectives.
  • Design and create engaging visual content, including print and social campaign creative, icons, infographics, long-form layouts, reports, and other digital and print designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in visual identity and messaging across all channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our visual content remains fresh and engaging.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them develop their design skills.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and expertise.
  • Excellent understanding of brand design, governance, and application, with the ability to work within an overarching brand environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
