Community Kids Caboolture is offering an exciting opportunity for a Lead Educator within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional committed to creating an outstanding learning environment for children.

This role is Full Time, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, or a condensed week of 4 x 10-hour days. Fixed hours are also considered for the right candidate.

About Us

Our centre features delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and resources, and a variety of activities.

We cater for up to 119 children, operating from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm.

About You

  • You hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children's Services
  • You have an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • You have proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an early childhood setting
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You hold a current Blue Card
  • You have a valid First Aid certificate
