About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Solutions Expert to join our organization. This is a permanent full-time career opportunity that offers a unique chance to make a real difference in people's lives.

Whether a customer is buying their first or second home, investing in a property, refinancing, building, or renovating; you will be there to provide the right solutions at the right time and ensure a great experience for them.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support and advise customers to help them achieve their home buying dreams.
  • Make relevant suggestions to customers based on their home buying goals.
  • Provide exceptional service to customers, building trust, confidence, and advocacy to help them secure and enhance their financial goals.
  • Build your personal brand and network in the local community to enhance your credibility.
  • Develop your business by building and maintaining internal and external referral sources, and seeking external referrals from existing customers.
  • Contact home buying customers to build rapport, determine their needs and goals, and invite them into the branch for an appointment.

Requirements:

Skill Set:

  • Experience in a similar mortgage role from within a bank or mortgage broker environment.
  • Demonstrated business development success.
  • A well-developed knowledge of mortgage products and current responsible lending legislation.
