Lead Your Team to Success

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business results. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for mentoring, developing, and training hospitality staff, as well as prioritizing the company culture and developing a strong team spirit within a context of inclusivity and training.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take on new challenges in a welcoming and friendly venue. You will work closely with the Chef and members of the Management Team to ensure smooth operations, activities, and promotions are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and develop hospitality staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the brand through marketing, functions, events, food, and beverage experiences.
  • Prioritize guest experience and service, troubleshoot issues, and remain positive under pressure.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in restaurant management (preferably).
  • Australian Citizen/Resident or Australian work visa holder (sponsorship can be discussed at the end of the probation period).
  • Willingsness to work a flexible roster including nights and weekends & School Holidays.
  • Ability to work within a team without an ego.
  • Passion for good food.
  • Strong command of English.
  • Enjoy learning, progressing, and working as part of a team.
  • Professional attitude and great personal presentation.
