We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Careers Adviser to join our team. As a Careers Adviser, you will play a vital role in supporting students in making informed decisions about their future career paths.
Key Responsibilities:- Career Guidance: Provide expert guidance to students on their career aspirations and develop strategies to achieve their goals.
- Education Program Development: Design and deliver comprehensive education programs that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Networking: Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, tertiary institutions, and other stakeholders to provide students with access to relevant and current career information.
- Qualifications: Hold an accredited career development qualification or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience working in a secondary school environment, with a focus on career development and education.
- Skills: Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
