Startup Program Coordinator

The Australian Catholic University's Startup Pre-accelerator Program provides early-stage startup founders with mentoring, skills and networks. As a program coordinator, you'll oversee delivery, internal promotion, participant recruitment and onboarding, liaison with partners, logistics, and event management.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate program delivery to equip startup founders with necessary tools.
- Promote the program internally to attract participants.
- Recruit and onboard new participants to ensure smooth integration.
- Liaise with delivery partners to maintain effective relationships.
- Manage program logistics to ensure seamless execution.
- Plan and execute events to engage participants and stakeholders.
- Excellent project coordination and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in program management software and tools.
- Passion for supporting startup founders and their businesses.
