This is an exciting opportunity to join the University of Canberra and Canberra Health Services in a collaboration to enhance data science, health research, and improve patient outcomes.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will work closely with leading researchers and clinicians from both organizations to provide high-quality research design and statistical support. This role involves providing education sessions and workshops to build capability, enhancing data management, policies, procedures, quality control, and reporting systems. The position requires a high degree of initiative, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide research design and statistical support to CHS Clinician Researchers and UC Faculty of Health at all levels.
- Develop and implement data management, policies, procedures, quality control, and reporting systems.
- Deliver education sessions and workshops to build capability.
- Liaise and collaborate closely with CHS academic research lead positions, statisticians from other organizations, and relevant research offices.
