">• Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries, providing product recommendations, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
">• Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and shopping habits
">• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and making recommendations to customers
">• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing
">• Achieve individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value
">• Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience
">• Assist with product deliveries, unloading and storing in the correct spaces in store
">• Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards, taking pride in your environment
">• Operate the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges
