About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to join our finance team at Babcock International Group. This role will be responsible for overseeing payroll processing for our Mission Critical Services employees, providing critical support to our aviation services.

This part-time position (22.8 hours per week) offers a great balance between work and personal life. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing fortnightly payroll and maintaining accurate staff records
  • Coordinating superannuation payments and calculating payroll tax
  • Assisting with reporting and providing financial insights to the team

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience with electronic payroll systems, preferably HR3
  • Advanced Excel skills and a high level of knowledge in the MS Office Suite
  • Experience with IFS and/or other ERP systems is highly desirable
  • Australian citizenship
