Operational Services Manager


About the Role:

The Operational Services team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. As an Operational Services Manager, you will lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide training and support to the Operational Services team.

  • Provide guidance on operational procedures and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for the Operational Services department.

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in supervising and providing training and support to teams.

  • Strong knowledge of operational services and relevant techniques and equipment.

  • High level of organisational and interpersonal skills with ability to lead and manage teams.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders.
