About the Role

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our client's team as a Design Documentation Specialist. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive building license documentation, collaborating with engineers and architects, and utilizing AutoCAD software to generate precise drawings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create accurate and compliant building license documentation
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements
  • Utilize AutoCAD software to generate high-quality drawings
  • Maintain organized libraries of drawings and project documentation
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to address design-related issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Diploma of Building Design
  • Experience in 3D rendering highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Understanding of construction and property management functions
  • Current driver's license
