Job Description

As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans that promote communication, independence, and quality of life for our participants.




  • Support individuals with various needs and abilities, from children to adults, in their daily environments.
  • Develop choice cards, support people in daily activities, and facilitate social skills development in group settings.
  • Pursue clinical specialisation or operational leadership pathways, depending on your interests and career goals.


Our Speech Pathologists have the opportunity to advance their careers in various roles, including Therapy Consultants, Mentors, Area Leaders, and State Leaders, driving positive change within our organisation.



Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:




  • A Bachelor of Speech Pathology degree.
  • Registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • An ability to work in a commercial environment and be flexible.
  • A commitment to developing yourself and others.
  • The capacity to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children's Check.


In return, you can expect a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $86,578 - $106,558 per year, plus benefits such as car options, mobile phone, laptop, and relocation assistance.
