We are seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join our team at Teachers Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our practice.
">Your Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Lead from the front – two days of hands-on work in both dental assisting and reception duties, with the rest focused on administrative tasks.">
- Oversee management and coordinate the purchase of dental stock for the centre, promoting efficient use and minimizing waste.">
- Manage and lead dental assistants and receptionists, including onboarding, training, rostering, coaching, and performance management.">
- Champion Teachers Health's core values and culture across the team.">
- Oversee patient bookings to ensure smooth operations and maximize productivity.">
- Monitor and review dental processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.">
- Ensure infection control policy and procedures are implemented and adopted by all employees and contractors.">
- Record accurate financial information for report generation.">
- Maintain compliance with ADA and AHPRA policies and guidelines.">
Your Qualifications and Skills:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Practice Manager.">
- Strong knowledge of infection control processes.">
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams.">
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.">
- An attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.">
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.">
- Dental Assisting Cert III or equivalent is required.">
- Previous experience with Oasis, Examine Pro, and HAMBS is beneficial.">

">Salary:
">$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
