We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Leader to oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and in line with design specifications and compliance standards.

This key leadership role involves guiding site supervisors and project coordinators, managing site construction processes, leading and coordinating subcontractors and internal teams, and overseeing budgets and cost variations.

The successful candidate will have a trade qualification or tertiary education in Construction Management, 10-15 years' experience as a Construction Manager, and relevant industry certifications. They will also have exposure to digital construction tools, ability to manage complex construction projects, and in-depth knowledge of WHS regulations and construction codes.
