Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-driven analyst to join our team, responsible for monitoring systems and equipment to achieve daily throughput outcomes. Reporting on performance against operational plans and specific key performance indicators (KPIs) is also a key responsibility.

About the Role

  • Monitor systems and equipment to ensure daily throughput goals are met
  • Report on performance against operational plans and specific KPIs
  • Lead and contribute to strategy development and performance improvement across the business
  • Analyse information, identify trends, prioritize issues, and report findings to leadership
  • Participate in system testing, including deployment, operations readiness, and commissioning activities
  • Monitor progress against the daily operational plan to ensure customer metrics are met

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an operations role, preferably in a fast-paced distribution centre or order fulfilment environment
  • Proven experience in planning, process control, or workflow control with a well-developed capability to measure and monitor processes and process data/dashboards
  • A deep understanding of safety protocols and risk management, with a commitment to ensuring that safety is embedded in all aspects of operations
  • A track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering results in a complex, matrix environment
