About the Role

You will play a critical role in shaping the future of the business by contributing to long-term strategy. Your strength in teamwork supports you in collaborating with stakeholders and building relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Solving complex problems: Actively leverage knowledge, commercial acumen, and strategic expertise to solve complex problems and provide input into decision-making with the broader team to drive the development and articulation of a clear strategic direction for the business.
  • Creating data-driven strategies: Utilise data and analytics to understand commercial problems, extract and communicate meaningful information, and help uncover the root cause of issues to develop data-driven strategies.
  • Developing and articulating clear strategic direction: Drive the thinking around long-term strategy, leveraging a breadth of knowledge to develop long-term plans, formulate new strategic frameworks as needed.
  • Analysing emerging trends and translating insights into actionable strategies: Leverage substantial expertise and experience in designing actionable business strategies to analyse new and emerging trends and evaluate their impact on long-term needs.
  • Engaging and influencing key stakeholders: Collaborate with and present to multiple stakeholders, including peer group and senior executives, seeking support, direction, and buy-in to generate solutions to complex problems and/or remove organisational barriers as required.
  • Effectively translating and communicating key information: Prepare decision-making materials for senior leaders and stakeholders (e.g., papers, workshops, and war games) to drive engagement and draw out insights to achieve strategic objectives.
