Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Responsible for the growth, profitability, and client satisfaction of a book of business containing large and complex accounts.
  • Conduct research and analyze personal accounts and core team accounts to understand business needs.
  • Utilize risk expertise and knowledge of the industry and insurance market to review clients' exposures and loss experience and develop solutions.
  • Execute renewal/placement strategies in collaboration with the Placement, Advisory Leader, and Client Executive.
  • Assist in presentations to prospective clients and develop innovative solutions to gain new clients.
  • Identify expansion opportunities for personal and team accounts, leveraging an advanced understanding of internal service and product offerings.
  • Define the strategy for custom solution development for the team portfolio, communicating sales targets and expectations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial insurance environment.
  • Insurance broker's license.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of general business functions.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize work, multitask, and meet deadlines consistently.
