Occupational Therapist - Toowoomba, Queensland

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to manage a mixed caseload tailored to your interests, working with adults and/or children across various settings.

You will deliver assessment and therapy services, providing individualised support including functional assessments, therapeutic interventions, equipment prescription, and home modifications. A key aspect of this role is collaboration with our multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, wraparound support for clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a Degree in Occupational Therapy, AHPRA registration, NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), Working with Children Check (Blue Card), driver's licence, and access to a reliable vehicle. Evidence of mandatory vaccinations is also required.

A valuable asset would be experience in Functional Capacity Assessments or home mods.
