Job Overview:

We are seeking a candidate to take on the role of Graduate Recruitment Consultant. This position involves developing business relationships, sourcing candidates through various channels and interviewing them throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong professional relationships with potential clients
  • Identify and engage suitable candidates using job boards, social media and networking platforms
  • Candidates will be interviewed and supported throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage job advertisements, applications and candidate communication effectively
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments and contribute positively to the team environment

Required Experience:

  • A recent or near-completed degree in Commerce, Business, Psychology or Arts would be ideal, but not essential
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales or administration is beneficial, although recruitment experience is not necessary
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence when interacting with people at all levels are essential
