We're seeking a highly skilled Event Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the execution of strategic events and sponsorship activations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, event planning experience, and a strong ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
As our Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and executing various events, including hospitality events, technical and internal office events. You will also provide on-site support for events across different regions and travel as required.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract position based in Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and executing various events, including hospitality events, technical and internal office events.
- Provide on-site support for events across different regions and travel as required.
- Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Contribute innovative ideas for improving client experiences.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in event planning and execution.
- Competent in project management and multitasking.
- Experience in collaborating with external suppliers (venues, AV, caterers, etc.).
