The Role

We're seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity. As a Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in building and delivering supplier-funded marketing plans, increasing sales, transactions, and participation in categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of supplier-funded activity through liaison with merchandise teams, suppliers, and internal marketing teams to plan and execute supplier-funded campaigns across social and internal marketing channels.
  • Manage the P&L for supplier funding, ensuring activity is delivered, rebates align, and results for supplier funding.
  • Represent marketing on the Licensing committee and maintain marketing licensing and supplier activity calendar.
  • Build proactive relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Media agency background.
  • Experience with coordination of marketing communication channels.
  • Well-versed with campaign management and budgets.
  • Good understanding of the creative and media planning process.
  • Ability to translate customer and business insights into effective content strategies.
  • Proficient Excel skills with an ability to manage data with a high degree of accuracy and data integrity.
  • Skilled with building stakeholder relationships.
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
