Role Overview
Ambulance Victoria is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Relations Expert to join our People and Culture Department. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing workplace relations initiatives that promote a positive and productive work environment.
You will provide expert advice and support to the AV Executive and managers on a range of workplace relations matters, including disputes and grievances, union consultation, and performance management processes. You will also develop and implement strategies to prevent and resolve conflicts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A postgraduate degree or relevant industry certification (Industrial Relations or Human Resources) with high-level relevant experience.
- Proven experience in providing strategic advice and dealing with complex and sensitive employee relations issues across large or complex organisations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
