Physiotherapist in Aged Care

As a qualified Physiotherapist, you will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team providing personalized treatments to our residents. Our innovative Plena Care Pathway has been designed to offer tailored therapy programs, built from resident goals and priorities, and delivers evidence-based mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one therapy interventions, and group-based active aging services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations to support consumer activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment requirements, pressure area care and skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the needs of Plena and the aged care facilities, and work within the scope of the Occupational Therapy profession.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree
- Current AHPRA registration
- Australian working rights
- Willing to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
