Senior Data Validation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Tester to join our team. As a Lead Tester, you will be responsible for leading the testing process for Ab Initio ETL processes.
- Define and enforce testing strategies, standards, and best practices for ETL testing.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify test requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in SQL, Unix shell scripting, and ETL testing methodologies is required.
A comprehensive Test Plan and Cases, Defect Logs and Test Results, Test Coverage Reports, Requirement Traceability Matrix for Testing, and Testing Summary and Release Reports are key deliverables for this position.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Ab Initio Expertise: Proven experience in testing Ab Initio solutions.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead and mentor a team of testers.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SQL, Unix shell scripting, and ETL testing methodologies.
