Trust and Safety Specialist

About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Trust and Safety Specialist to join our team at Snap Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and respond to abuse and safety incident reports, taking appropriate action in accordance with our operations policies.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve our safety and security protocols, including policy development and project execution.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on safety and security best practices.
- Identify and escalate new issues and trends, working closely with our vendor team to ensure a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective safety and security solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience reviewing sensitive content and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with online child safety, fraud, spam, or other types of abuse.
- Proven track record managing data sets and using data to inform decision making.
