We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Bulk Fleet Coordinator. This position will serve as the first point of contact for our fleet drivers, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.

As a key member of our customer interface team, you will be responsible for allocating bulk fleets in a seamless manner. Your primary goal will be to delight our customers by delivering products safely and on time, while providing an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Support the execution of delivery plans, adapting quickly to changing circumstances and communicating effectively with stakeholders
  • Investigate, resolve, and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide proactive communication regarding deliveries and transportation issues, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained at all times
  • Collaborate with other business areas to address product availability and invoicing queries

About You:

  • Experience in transport or logistics, preferably within the cement or concreting industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Able to multitask and prioritize under pressure, with a focus on meeting critical deadlines
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP
