As a senior retail leader, you will have the opportunity to drive operational excellence and manage a portfolio of stores.

About the Role

This leadership position requires a highly motivated and competitive individual with a passion to succeed.

  • You will lead and coach store team leaders within your portfolio to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold quality standards.
  • Staff scheduling and recruitment activities are also part of this role.
  • Induction/onboarding, performance management, and ensuring Visual Merchandising plans are upheld are key responsibilities.
Key Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Retail management experience as a store manager, cluster manager, or area manager capacity.
  • Motivation to lead and drive your team to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrated success in commercial management of profit and loss within a retail environment.
  • Experience in coaching and training teams to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
  • A collaborative leadership style with sound business acumen.
  • A love for product knowledge and training with a willingness to learn and develop not only yourself but the team.
  • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
