Food and Beverage Attendant Job Description

About the Role:

The Food and Beverage Attendant plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and in-hotel cafes.

  • This dynamic role requires the ability to receive orders and serve customer requests promptly, efficiently managing customer accounts and maintaining high-quality service standards.
Responsibilities:
  1. Serve customers with a smile, providing an exceptional dining experience that meets or exceeds their expectations.
  2. Prepare and manage cash handling, accurately processing transactions and ensuring all customer accounts are settled efficiently.
  3. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared service area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
  4. Effectively communicate with colleagues and management to deliver seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • A friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in food service or a related field, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer requests simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with electronic ordering systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math calculations.
  • Previous experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and effective communication.
