Home Care Support Professionals

Our team is seeking experienced, Certificate III / IV Home Care Employees to provide in-home support services to older members of our community. The role involves delivering a range of personalised services including personal care, medication assistance, light meal preparation and domestic tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality in-home support services to clients with dignity and respect.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to reduce feelings of loneliness.
  • Support clients with mobility and transportation needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve client goals.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III / IV in Individual Support or Aged Care
  • Commitment to work in harmony with Catholic Values and Principles
  • An energetic, positive attitude with a genuine interest in and compassion for people
  • First Aid/CPR
  • Professional experience in the care sector
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team
  • The ability to observe accurately and follow directions precisely
  • Basic computer & phone skills with willingness to undergo training if needed
