Permanently Part-Time Groundskeeper Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join our community at Bridgeman Downs Retirement Village. As a key team member, you will be responsible for maintaining the village gardens and grounds, ensuring they are well-presented, safe, and enjoyable for all residents.
The Position- This is a permanent part-time opportunity working Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7am-3pm.
- You will work closely with fellow Groundskeepers to maintain all village gardens, including weeding, mowing, hedging, pruning, mulching, and green waste removal.
- Ensure all community spaces are appealing and safe for our community and visitors.
- Carry out preventative groundskeeping tasks around the community as per schedules.
- Complete additional ad-hoc tasks delegated to you by Community Manager.
- Build strong relationships with our residents and help them live their best lives in well-maintained areas.
- $28.96/hr + superannuation + relevant award entitlements.

- Experience in gardening duties (highly desired).
- A current Police Check certificate.
