BEAR Scotland's North West Operations team is seeking a skilled Incident Liaison Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating an effective response to incidents across the North West Trunk Road network, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The role involves monitoring the impact of incidents on journey times for road users, managing severe weather incidents and winter maintenance, and liaising with emergency services and trunk road incident support units.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, such as an Emergency/Roads Authority or Utility Control Room environment, and be able to remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
