The Opportunity

We're currently seeking experienced strategy consultants to join our Deals Strategy team in Sydney or Melbourne. As a Senior Associate (Senior Manager), you'll play a key role in delivering strategic outcomes for our clients.

  • Lead teams of 3-5 consultants on commercial due diligence, exit support, and portfolio company strategy
  • Manage day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery of client requirements
  • Facilitate client meetings and present findings that influence major investment decisions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree with a strong academic record
  • 5-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, or corporate finance
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver complex projects
  • Strong analytical skills and a knack for solving problems through quantitative thinking
