Job Summary

We're seeking a Social Performance Consultant to support our team in Australia. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our 21 disciplines and collaborate with over 800 employees in APAC to deliver project outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Social Performance team across Australia
  • Liaising with internal consultants from other disciplines to deliver project outcomes
  • Undertaking research, including sentiment analysis, social research, and stakeholder mapping
  • Developing communication materials and project collateral
  • Assisting with writing and preparing fee proposals
  • Preparing high-quality reports for clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-4 years of experience in Social Performance, including Social Impact Assessment and/or Community and Stakeholder Engagement roles
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, social sciences, communications, public policy, journalism, or a related field
  • Interest in ESG frameworks, circular economy, climate change adaptation, and resilience
  • A positive, can-do attitude, and an ability to work with multiple disciplines and teams across a large dynamic business
