HR People Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized recent graduate to join our Human Resources team as an HR People, Performance & Culture Graduate.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to make a difference in a supportive workplace that values people. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination of activities and projects related to People, Performance & Culture Advisory functions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support and coordination of various activities and projects in relation to People functions and the employee lifecycle
- Providing first-level advice and guidance to key group leaders and employees on HR functions, implementing HR policies and practices
- Preparing org charts, reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Assisting in implementing people engagement activities
- Coordinating and implementing assigned people projects
- Providing first-level support regarding workforce planning, remuneration, contract of employment, performance management, training and development, organisational structure, and other people-related issues
- Maintaining accurate employee information and files in people systems
