Our Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Appliance Service Technician to join our Melbourne team, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction of our long-standing customers by repairing and maintaining our appliances and air-conditioners with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and fully test the operation of appliances and air-conditioners to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through training and service manuals
  • Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection
  • Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory
  • Assist and support the warehouse teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in using a PC
  • Provide premium customer service
  • Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
  • Clean Driver's license essential
