Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Director of Critical Pursuits, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, commercial proposal development, and business strategy. They should be able to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.

  • Maintain relationships with clients and partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop commercial proposals and presentations that meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree plus 12+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Exceptional sales production metrics, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated skills in business development strategy, team leadership, client discovery, and value proposition development.
