Job Summary:

As a technical integration specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing seamless integration solutions that drive business success.

This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify integration opportunities, develop technical requirements, and deliver high-quality integrations that meet business needs.

About the Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting system upgrades by coordinating middleware upgrades, system configuration, and timely resolution of integration-related system and API issues.
  • Providing testing and BAU support through defect triage in non-production and production environments, developing system test plans/test cases, and testing project work, BAU defect fixes, and enhancements.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong integration analysis skills, including the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of business processes and end-user requirements through information gathering and researching alternatives, implementation, and review.
  • The ability to analyze complex data and integration requirements to support end-to-end integration flows.
  • Experience in translating business requirements to technical and functional specifications with a focus on Data and Integration.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Integration patterns and analysis, along with the use of appropriate design/analysis tools.
  • Experience in quality analysis, including Defect triage, development of test plans, and test cases, as well as execution and reporting on findings.
  • Experience with reporting and querying data for accuracy.
  • Strong documentation skills, with experience in producing high-quality requirements and specifications using an ALM Tool.
  • Experience across the full SDLC, preferably with Agile experience.
