Residential Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of luxury bespoke homes in Perth.

This is a permanent full-time role that requires strong leadership and project management skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with tradespeople, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-8 years' experience in residential construction management, preferably with a background in carpentry. They will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with and coordinate all tradespeople and suppliers
  • Communicate with clients and keep them informed about their projects
  • Inspect materials delivered to ensure they are correct
  • Ensure all project milestones are reached as scheduled
  • Undertake quality control processes throughout construction and address any defects
  • Conduct WHS inspections and maintain clean and safe working conditions

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification in carpentry or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 6-8 years' experience in residential construction management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and understand drawings
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
