Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mixologist to join our vibrant bar team. As a skilled bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing top-notch customer service.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create a diverse range of beverages, including classic and innovative cocktails, with precision and flair.
  • Foster strong relationships with guests through attentive and engaging interactions.
  • Ensure the bar area is organized, clean, and stocked throughout each shift.
  • Assist in managing inventory, reporting low stock levels, and contributing ideas for special events.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, seasonal offerings, and signature cocktails.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender in a high-volume or premium venue.
  • Detailed knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, and bar techniques.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Prompt time management and adaptability under pressure.
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to presentation and service excellence.
  • Current Victorian RSA Certificate.
