Waterproofing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Waterproofing Specialist to join our team. This is a newly created opportunity that will provide you with the chance to apply your experience across a varied portfolio of projects.

The Waterproofing Specialist will be responsible for providing technical expertise in waterproofing and building envelope systems for design and oversight of technical work, as well as supporting litigation efforts through expert witness evidence and reporting.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing technical guidance on waterproofing and building envelope systems
  • Supporting the development and implementation of waterproofing solutions
  • Conducting investigations of existing failing waterproofing and roofing systems
  • Providing reviews and input on development of waterproofing details and specifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 5 years local post graduate experience
  • Technical degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or a closely related discipline
  • Expertise in waterproofing and building envelope systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
