As a key member of our Growth team, you will play a critical role in driving growth for a high-scale startup, leading digital campaigns, experimenting with new approaches, and building channels from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful channel strategies that align with overarching marketing goals.

Role & Impact:

You will drive and scale customer acquisition motions using data-driven strategies. This includes developing end-to-end solutions from ideation to creative optimization and performance analysis.

Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to continuously refine ad creative, audience targeting, and bid strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute ambitious growth strategies setting measurable goals for volume and efficiency
  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution from ideation to performance analysis
  • Partner with teams across Brand, Product, and Data Engineering to ensure your channels are delivering against targets

Requirements:

This role requires 4+ years of experience in Growth or Digital Marketing preferably in SaaS with understanding of self-service flywheels.

Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis are essential.

A strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different projects is crucial.
