Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for large-scale projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to inform project decisions.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Lead value engineering exercises to optimize project outcomes.
  • Prepare cost breakdowns and tender documents, review contractor bids, and provide recommendations on procurement strategies and contract negotiations.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in cost planning or quantity surveying, with at least 5 years specialising in healthcare construction projects.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets for large-scale projects effectively.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare construction requirements, including infection control, medical equipment integration, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in cost management software and financial modelling tools.
