About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High-Risk Work Trainer/Assessor to join our team at ACE Training. As a Trainer/Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and relevant training and assessment services to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training and assessment services in dogging, rigging, and crane operations, ensuring that content and delivery meet ASQA and RTO standards.
  • Supervise students' behaviors and provide motivating training to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Maintain equipment, training venues, and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation.
  • Travel may be required to deliver training off-site.
  • Perform other general duties as required.
Requirements
  • Cert IV TAE (plus upgrade units if required)
  • Possess a High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
  • Demonstrated Lifting Operations experience within the construction, civil, resources, and infrastructure sectors
  • Be accredited by WorkSafe as an Individual Assessor (or ability to gain accreditation, if applicable)
  • Be eligible to obtain a Working Children Check Card and a Police Check
  • You will need to be an Australian Resident
  • Must hold valid Australian Drivers Licence
