Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work with our team to deliver advanced treatments and achieve sales targets
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Recognised Beauty qualification (Cert III, Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or equivalent)
  • Punctuality, organisation, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to learn and develop yourself both personally and professionally
