About The Position

The Homeless Health Outreach Team supports individuals with mental health diagnoses who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless within the North West region. Our approach focuses on comprehensive services delivered through assertive outreach strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate professional registration.
  • A valid C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
  • Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including background checks.
  • This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to certain diseases.
  • A 6-month probationary period may apply.
