Working with us:
- For 1 year you will receive an isolation bonus of AUD$3,500; for 2 years AUD$10,500; and for the 3rd year (and every year after that) AUD$7,000.
In your downtime, we will provide 2 return airfares per annum (including spouse/dependents) to the nearest east coast provincial city in conjunction with your recreation leave; 5 weeks per annum with a 17.5% loading/bonus.

About The RoleNWHHS are looking for an experienced Mental Health Clinician to join their team. Applicants with qualifications in a recognised Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Health Practitioner discipline are encouraged to apply.
The purpose of this role is to provide clinical expertise and consultancy through advanced clinical leadership relevant to the specialty of Mental Health.
The Tackling Regional Adversity Through Connected Communities (TRACC) Clinician program is an initiative that aims to support individuals and their communities across regional, rural, and remote Queensland to better manage adversity in their communities. It supports individuals dealing with mental health challenges caused by drought, disasters, and crises.
Requirements- Mandatory requirements are a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences.
- C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
- Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.
- This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
- A period of probation may apply.
